We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.
Limits of Liability: Midwest Photography Workshops, it's staff, and associates are not responsible for injuries resulting from a participants carelessness, or loss or damage to personal property before, during, or after the course or workshop being attended. This includes all damage to person or property due to accidents or civil disturbances, delay in itinerary, or expenses incurred due to theft. Midwest Photography Workshops reserves the right to substitute hotels, workshop leaders, and to alter the itinerary if we feel it becomes necessary or advisable.
Midwest Photography Workshops may cancel the workshop for any reason one week prior to the first workshop day and a full refund received to the participant shall release Midwest Photography Workshops from all further liability. Deposit on a workshop or course offered by Midwest Photography Workshops means the depositor has read the agreements in this document and agrees to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
Midwest Photography Workshops makes every attempt to conduct all classes and workshops as scheduled. Occasionally, insufficient enrollment causes MPW to cancel a workshop or class. Any decision to cancel a class or workshop for lack of enrollment is made on the Thursday preceding the class. Students, who have enrolled in a cancelled class or workshop have several options.
Midwest Photography Workshops will make every attempt to contact students prior to the start of each class or workshop to remind them of starting times and items to bring to class. We apologize for any inconvenience encountered by the student arriving to the campus for a cancelled class or workshop due to an incorrect phone number or e-mail address. If the student has not paid a deposit for the intended class or workshop, he or she, does not have a reasonable expectation to get a reminder phone call. MPW will not be responsible for any expenses to the student due to their arrival at the school for a cancelled class or workshop. Midwest Photography Workshops registers students on a first-come, first served basis. Certificate Students get priority for classes that are sold out.
If the student needs to cancel or drop out of any class or workshop, a two-week minimum notice is required. If the class or workshop is posted on our web page: www.midwest.photography as sold out, a minimum three-week minimum notice is required to facilitate the replacement of that sold out seat. MPW will make every attempt to refill that vacated seat from our waiting list. If no replacement is found, the entire deposit is forfeited, up to but not to exceed 50% of the entire class or workshop fee. The penalty of forfeit might be waived if extenuating medical circumstances exist. (Medical proof may be required.) If notification of cancellation by the student is delivered with more than two weeks prior to the start of the class, no penalty will be accessed.
If you have enrolled in a Certificate Program and began taking classes and then wish to drop from the Certificate Program; Any refunds due will be calculated as follows: the full tuition will be calculated for all classes already completed or currently in session without any discounts applied. That amount will be subtracted from the total balance paid to date. The difference will be the amount of the refund given. All refunds for a student-requested cancellation will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee per class.
