Waiver of Liability

Midwest Photography Workshops, it's staff, employees and agents and/or associates are not responsible for any injuries resulting from a participant's negligence, misfortune or carelessness, and/or any from any loss or damages whatsoever to personal property before, during, or after the course or workshop being attended. This includes all damages to person and/or property due to accidents or civil disturbances, negligence by the participant or any third party, any delay in itinerary, or expenses incurred due to theft or other loss.

Midwest Photography Workshops reserves the right to substitute hotels, workshop leaders, and to alter the itinerary if we feel it becomes necessary or advisable, Midwest Photography Workshops may cancel the workshop or other program for any reason one week prior to the first workshop day and a full refund received to the participant shall release Midwest Photography Workshops and its staff, employees and agents from all further liabilities.

By making a deposit or paying in full on any workshop, course or event offered by Midwest Photography Workshops means the you have read the agreements in this document and agree_to be bound by] all above and referenced terms and conditions.
