Long Exposure

Your camera can make a time exposure no longer than thirty-seconds on the camera’s built-in exposure mode. Learn how to set your camera to make a time exposure calculated in minutes even when using a low ISO. Learn about using neutral density filters, long exposure noise reduction, cable releases and proper tripod use. Learn how to get the correct white balance with long exposures especially when shooting architecture. We will discuss vibration reduction and the lowest shutter speed you can expect to hold the camera steady without a tripod during this 1 1/2 hour lecture/demonstration
